Pursuit of Weight Reduction

I have done everything possible to reduce my weight for past 20 years and failed continuously .

Ncc
Liquid Diet
Gm diet
Low carb diet
Running
Cycling
Swimming
Duathalon
Triathlon
Cross fit
Lipo suction

These are some of my attempts and never succeeded as i was never consistent in any thing ... In every attempt i will manage to loose some weight and end up in gaining more weight than before .

I smoke ,drink, rice is my favourite food ....usually a full meal for dinner... I like all cuisines ,no restriction in food except upuma .With all this i consume lot of stress in my work ... Executive Producer in Star Vijay Tv is my current job.

Now I have again started my pursuit towards weight loss . I couldn't remember the number of attempts so this is my nth number of attempt .

September 1st lying in bed ... I as usual dreamt of starting my weight loss regime from next day ... As usual i blamed ,cursed my self.... i am the reason for everything

I should stop smoking
I should stop drinking
I should stop eating rice
I should be regular to my cross fit training
I should do mid week run and cycle
I should track what I am eating
I should eat less after 6pm
